Charitable organizations building endowments through our Heritage Funds program benefit from the Community Foundation's investment management and endowment building services. Junior Achievement of South Central Pennsylvania Endowment Fund (1994) The endowment helps Junior Achievement educate and inspire young people to understand business and economics and be workforce ready. Junior Achievement provides financial literacy and career awareness programs to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. The addition of the JA BizTown learning laboratory gives students the opportunity to apply what they learn in school to real-life situations.
